1. Products

• Free plugins may be distributed via WordPress.org
• Pro add-ons are sold on trainedpixels.com

2. Licensing

• Plugin code is licensed under GPL v2 or later
• Paid subscription grants Pro downloads, updates while active, and support

3. Subscriptions

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
• Billing and cancellations are managed in the customer area

4. Site activation limits

• Each plan has maximum activations
• You may deactivate one site to activate another within your limit
• You must not bypass activation enforcement

5. Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to circumvent licensing
• Do not abuse update endpoints
• Do not harm service availability or security

6. Disclaimers

We do not guarantee SEO rankings or specific business outcomes.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to fees paid during the last 12 months.
